  • Vin Singh, Founder

    Vin Singh, Founder, is a seasoned executive from the biotechnology and life science industries. He has extensive start-up experience having helped build 4 companies in his career, one of which was a stem cell company that recently had a successful exit. Mr. Singh has eighteen years of industry experience primarily in cell therapy and stem cells both in senior level business development and technical roles with companies such as: GlobalStem, Inc., CSC, and ATCC. Mr. Singh is also a co-founder and former Director of Instrumentation for MaxCyte Inc., a venture backed medical device company established in 1999. He is currently on the Commercial Relevance Advisory Board (CRAB) for BioHealth Innovation in Maryland, and the Innovation Committee for Altru Hospital an affiliate of Mayo Clinic. Mr. Singh has an MBA with a Finance concentration from Johns Hopkins University, an MS in Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rutgers University.

  • Dennis O'Brien, President

    Dennis O'Brien, President, Mr. O'Brien has over 18 years of leadership experience in medical products sales, marketing and operations. He has consulted with many US and European medical device companies in strategic marketing, business development and sales strategy.  He has held positions as General Manager of US Surgical Operations, GM Canada and global leader of strategic marketing for the Lasik surgery business while with Bausch and Lomb. He studied business at Columbia Business School and Simon School, University of Rochester. He has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

  • Thor Iverson, CFO

    Thor Iverson, CFO, is also the President of Thor Iverson Consulting, a financial and strategic consulting firm. Thor brings more than twenty-five years of senior management experience to his practice, having served as a Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Executive Officer with technology firms including Echelon Corporation, BeAtHome.com, Amity Technology, Concord, Inc., and Great Plains Software (acquired by Microsoft in 2001). His work with Amity Technology and Concord involved extensive work in Russia and Ukraine. He began his career as a Software Engineer at Hewlett Packard. Thor holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Computer Science and Business Administration from North Dakota State University. Thor is a published author and patent holder. Thor lives in Colorado Springs with his wife Dana and their two children.

  • Lori Overstreet - SVP Sales and Marketing

    Lori Overstreet - SVP Sales and Marketing. joined Next Healthcare with over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, brand development, marketing and sales for both fortune 500 and start up organizations. Lori was previously Senior Vice President of Marketing and New Product Development with Ameritox Medication Monitoring Solutions where she helped the company acquire and launch new technology and experience triple digit growth through sales, marketing and branding. Prior to Ameritox, Lori was Vice President of Marketing and Director of Global Strategy for Bausch & Lomb where she managed the Company's largest brand. Lori also has held Marketing and Sales positions with Schering-Plough (Merck), Warner-Lambert (Pfizer) and Bristol Myers-Squibb. Lori earned her BA in Advertising and Telecommunications from Kent State University and MBA from the Graduate School of Management at the University of Buffalo.
